Silence is the strongest weapon for everything. Being silent is the toughest thing to do. Especially inner silence is one of the most difficult task to maintain. Inner silence will make us feel secure, stable and peaceful.
What is inner silence?
When the function of brain stops that state can be called as inner silence. Brain's main function is to register the events in life, analyze them and create positive or negative impression in subconscious mind, love or hate feeling about other individual, judge others by the experience, compare with others and create either insecure feeling or greediness or egoistic nature and most important task is to make us proud of the result of an accomplished task as if we are the doers of the activity.
Practicing inner silence for 15 mins a day will definitely help in maintaining positive life style.
What are the steps to do?
Close our eyes.
Tranquil the thoughts by focusing on one of the happy moment of our life.
Just imagine and experience the happy moment as if it is happening now in very slow motion video.
Practice for ten days and after tenth day note down how many times we restrain from thinking bad or harming others.
