Cashier has no control over how much cash he gets, his feelings will not change whether he gets more cash or less cash as the cash is not owned by him and yet he is accountable to the cash he got. Similarly we do not have control over all the incidents in life and we should act like a cashier in such incidents, yet we are accountable to all incidents in life.. superb analogy by Sri Changanti..
