How to be happy always?

How to be happy always?  Is happiness associated with circumstances?  A baby enjoys with a empty pot/box happily.  She plays with a small toy and amusingly.  Why?  It was new for her and she enjoys every new moment.  a few years later same things become boredom for her.  She was quite happy with the small things and now she started associating with new dolls,  new friends etc.  After a few years, she then changes her happiness by associating with marks,  grades,  good remarks, complements. Later she changes her happiness by associating with pubs,  discos, comforts, luxuries etc.  Happiness is different for a poor girl/boy and rich boy/girl. Poor associates his/her happiness with rich stuff and rich associates happiness with poor stuff.  So happiness=association with what we do not possess, what things we never experienced.  Always changes with time.  But if we can still enjoy those little moments by watching sunrise, sun set,  by watching ants, by playing with kids, all the things that made us happy a few years earlier? Then no one can make us sad irrespective of circumstances.  Because these little things are always with us for life time. Nature is with us all the time.  Just the way we associate with happiness changes our lives for ever.  We no longer be unhappy if we do not earn money,  we no longer unhappy if we do not get position we wanted,  we no longer be unhappy if we do not get respect from others. So simple equation is to stay happy is associating with little things in life which cannot be destroyed or always with us.  Eg:nature.  This is the sole reason for Hindu dharma treats nature as goddess. So one can feel that goddess with us all the time and stay happy. Be happy for ever.

In a nutshell, current situation is like this.

Infant: everything makes him happy as he keeps wondering what is this world, insects, rocks, sun, living beings,  non living beings everything make them happy.
Child up to 5 years: small things, waste papers, waste materials, whatever we think they are useless,
6-15 years: marks,  ranks, complements from people, sports, recreational activities, big toys, cycling etc
16-22years: love, beauty, alcohol, drugs, girls, parties, anything that gives them complete freedom.
22-30 years: career, job,  outings etc
30-45 years: settlement, own things like own house, marriage, kids, making them happy - - anything related to status, if someone praises about his status he feels proud and happy.
45-60 years:, kids happiness, their life, devotion--mostly selfless, so anything related to their family etc
60-75 years: only God

But nature is there all the time. If we can be happy by just seeing the nature,  people,  then there cannot be unhappiness. Or we can associate happiness with what we have already possessed rather than what we do not possess or things depend on someone.

Daily affirmation to change our life.

We always suffer just because of thoughts in our mind. Thoughts are getting power and become materialized when they get so much energy. Every thought gets energy when it is repeated in mind. So it means that if i am angry at a person. I push my energy to that thought that the other person is bad, his behavior is not proper. Every time I see him, I keep repeating the same action and make the relation worst. Similarly, if something or task is not going in my way, I keep saying or thinking why is this happening to me? Why me?  Keep saying or thinking negatively about it and say my life is hell. All my tasks are failures. I am a failure.
Also if kid is not behaving properly, I keep saying kid never listens to me. Kid is always naughty. So which makes our life more hell. So with every thought or action, I am creating my life. It is me who is writing my life and designing it accordingly. If something is not right in my life, whether it is related to relation/work/environment/media/education etc, it is me who is creating the problem out of it and suffering because of that. So what to do in this case? We tried multiple times using above method and always/mostly failed at changing the things accordingly. So lets start affirming the following daily. Let us start every morning repeating the following affirmations five times and repeat them five times again before going to sleep. This is the first way to change our selves.

I am the divine soul. My every thought, word, behavior is full of love and respect.
I accept everyone as they are. I am god's angel. I will always give happiness to everyone.
My body is healthy and perfect. Every cell of my body is full of purity and love.
Paramathma is the greatest. His energy and his power are with me all the time.
My kid is divine soul. He/she is beautiful and he/she is angel. He/she is very lovely child.
This relation is beautiful It is full of love.
Today's work will be done easily and finished simply.
We can add as many affirmations as we want. This will definitely change our life for ever.
Live happy and let others happy.

True devotion--by swami vivekananda

He who sees Shiva in the poor, in the weak, and in the diseased, really worships Shiva; and if he sees Shiva only in the image, his worship is but preliminary. He who has served and helped one poor man seeing Shiva in him, without thinking of his caste, or creed, or race, or anything, with him Shiva is more pleased than with the man who sees Him only in temples.

A rich man had a garden and two gardeners. One of these gardeners was very lazy and did not work; but when the owner came to the garden, the lazy man would get up and fold his arms and say, "How beautiful is the face of my master", and dance before him. The other gardener would not talk much, but would work hard, and produce all sorts of fruits and vegetables which he would carry on his head to his master who lived a long way off. Of these two gardeners, which would be the more beloved of his master? Shiva is that master, and this world is His garden, and there are two sorts of gardeners here; the one who is lazy, hypocritical, and does nothing, only talking about Shiva's beautiful eyes and nose and other features; and the other, who is taking care of Shiva's children, all those that are poor and weak, all animals, and all His creation. Which of these would be the more beloved of Shiva? Certainly he that serves His children. He who wants to serve the father must serve the children first. He who wants to serve Shiva must serve His children — must serve all creatures in this world first. It is said in the Shâstra that those who serve the servants of God are His greatest servants. So you will bear this in mind. Let me tell you again that you must be pure and help any one who comes to you, as much as lies in your power. And this is good Karma. By the power of this, the heart becomes pure (Chitta-shuddhi), and then Shiva who is residing in every one will become manifest. He is always in the heart of every one. If there is dirt and dust on a mirror, we cannot see our image. So ignorance and wickedness are the dirt and dust that are on the mirror of our hearts. Selfishness is the chief sin, thinking of ourselves first. He who thinks, "I will eat first, I will have more money than others, and I will possess everything", he who thinks, "I will get to heaven before others I will get Mukti before others" is the selfish man. The unselfish man says, "I will be last, I do not care to go to heaven, I will even go to hell if by doing so I can help my brothers." This unselfishness is the test of religion. He who has more of this unselfishness is more spiritual and nearer to Shiva. Whether he is learned or ignorant, he is nearer to Shiva than anybody else, whether he knows it or not. And if a man is selfish, even though he has visited all the temples, seen all the places of pilgrimage, and painted himself like a leopard, he is still further off from Shiva.
